Welcome to the Hartford Area Chamber...

Serving Hartford, Wisconsin since 1933 Celebrating 80 Years of Service to Hartford!

 Hello Hartford!alt

I am back and glad to be back in a leadership role for the Hartford area. Some of you will
remember me from my years as Mayor of the second largest city in Washington County. (There
are only two Cities in Washington County.) Some of you may remember my time on Main Street
with a retail business and still more of you will recognize my work history with PJ’s Dental Lab. All
of these experiences have prepared me for this next challenge in my life. The passion I have for this community and the ability of this area to work together enhancing the growth and development of each member.

The Chamber’s member benefits (Networking, Development, Tourism and Information) have to be front and center in everything the Chamber is involved with. Providing the opportunities to network and develop with others in the business community. Helping through issues and mentoring each other through the business cycle of life. Sharing the information that will make the visitors have an enjoyable and successful stopover in Hartford whether it’s for the Independence Day fireworks or the Kooky Cooky House on a Chamber of Commerce day in December. My personal goal is to meet all of you that I have not had the chance to meet over the years. Listen to all who have ideas and suggestions to improve the Chamber and together grow the Hartford experience.

Best regards,

Scott M. Henke
Your Executive Director

Welcome to Hartford, Wisconsin...

...nestled in the rolling hills of the scenic Kettle Moraine

The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome you to our community, a community that maintains a small town appeal and offers an excellent environment to live and work.

Additions to our city like the Schauer Arts & Activities Center, the Hartford Recreation Center, and the Signicast Aquatics Center exhibit our community’s growth while the historic downtown district, the Chandelier Ballroom and the Wisconsin Auto Museum remind us of the city’s rich past.

Hartford is a thriving community of 14,000 that offers exceptional quality of life, a well-diversified workforce, top-notch education, historic architecture, fine arts, and natural beauty.

With a diverse collection of prosperous retail stores lining historical Main Street as well as Hwy 60, we are home to an equally diverse industrial base, centered primarily in three large industrial parks.
